We inform you that if you provide your personal data for the purpose of contact and obtaining answers to your questions:

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to the questions you submit, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator related to the necessity of promptly responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

4. If your inquiry is related to establishing business contacts – please refer to the information provided below or in the Privacy Policy;

5. If your inquiry constitutes a request for funding or sponsorship and contains special categories of data (e.g., health information) – the Administrator will process them to the extent necessary for the consideration of the submitted request;

6. Your data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the specified purpose, and unless processing is required to secure the Administrator’s future interests (e.g., related to potential claims against them) or arises from a legal obligation imposed on the Administrator, the data will not be processed for longer than three years after the end of contact;

7. In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to:

a) request access to your personal data,

b) request correction of your personal data,

c) request the deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data,

d) object to the processing of your personal data,

f) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law;

8. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner;

We inform you that in connection with providing your personal data for the purpose of participating in the recruitment process:

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting and resolving the recruitment process for the position you have applied for, based on Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 88 of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, as well as the consent you have given (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

4. Your data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process and for six months after its completion, and if you have given additional consent – for a period of 12 months from the submission of the application documents;

5. In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to:

a) request access to your personal data,

b) request correction of your personal data,

c) request the deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data,

d) object to the processing of your personal data,

e) withdraw the consent you have given – to the extent that your data is processed based on that consent – at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent;

f) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law;

6. Providing your data is voluntary, although to the extent specified in Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, it is necessary to participate in the recruitment process;

7. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner;

8. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator, such as marketing agencies, entities providing services related to organizing training sessions and conferences, partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), accounting service providers, or courier services.

9. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.

Information for clients, suppliers, or service providers

We inform you that in connection with the processing of your personal data:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining business relationships, as well as concluding and performing contracts, and for their documentation, handling, enforcement, and securing related claims and complaints, based on the Administrator’s legal obligations, in connection with the realization of its legitimate interests, or to the extent necessary to take actions prior to concluding and performing contracts (Art. 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR).

In connection with the purposes specified in point 2, the Administrator processes, in particular, information necessary for supplier qualification, creating a database of suppliers and clients, handling inquiries, commissioning subcontractors, and sending information about the Administrator’s products and services to potential and existing clients, including contact details, data concerning past business relationships, as well as personal data of employees, insofar as it is necessary for contract performance or to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.

5. Your data will be processed for the period necessary to maintain business relationships, and upon their termination – for the period necessary to pursue and secure any claims, defend against them, or resolve submitted complaints;

6. In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to:

a) request access to your personal data,

b) request correction of your personal data,

c) request the deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data,

d) object to the processing of your personal data,

e) to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law;

7. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner;

8. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator, in particular to partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), the entity handling accounting, or courier service providers.
